Onie (“O-knee”) is all about good quality, delicious granola and naturally sweet, runny jam! Long story short, I love to bake and create and I LOVE breakfast! It only took a pandemic and getting temporarily laid off from a job I loved to get back to my roots. My culinary apprenticeship at the Ritz London is where I first really fell for Jam—While my Granola business was born from self- isolation and an abundance of oats :)
